Gisele Bundchen looked anything but jetlagged as she woke up bright and early to take her German Shepherd out for a walk after returning home from Switzerland.
While stepping out for a stroll around her neighborhood in Surfside, Florida on Monday, the 43-year-old supermodel, who is dating jiu-jitsu pro Joaquim Valente, cut a casual figure in a tied-up shirt and black leggings.
She completed her sporty ensemble with a grey baseball cap over her way golden blonde hair and a pair of sneakers with bright red shoe laces.
Her beloved pup, Alfie, stayed dutifully by her side while carrying a rope toy with a tennis ball in his mouth.

The former Victoria's Secret Angel's latest sighting comes after her recent work trip to Switzerland, where she attended a Watches and Wonders event.
Last month, she detailed how her daily routine has changed since the end of her 13-year marriage to Tom Brady in 2022 during a new interview with WSJ. Magazine.
While reflecting on her post-divorce schedule, the Brazilian beauty admitted that her life has become 'a little different' as she navigates sharing custody of her children Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11, with the retired NFL star, 46.
'I have my kids sometimes, sometimes I don't have my kids. There's a different ritual when I'm with them and when I'm not,' she explained. 'When my kids are with me, they have so many activities. It's difficult to manage my schedule and their schedule.'
She continued: 'The most important thing for me every day is to put the oxygen mask on me first.'
To ensure she is taking care of herself, the Vogue cover girl said she likes to 'go to bed at about 10 p.m.' and wake up to meditate 'around 5 a.m.'
'I like to have lukewarm water with a little lemon and Celtic salt,' the mom-of-two said of how she starts her mornings.

When asked how she remains so positive, Bundchen said: 'To live in a state of gratitude is like a protection in your life.'
'We can look at things like, why is this happening to me? I believe we are here because we all have something to learn and to evolve and to grow,' she told the outlet. When I look back, the biggest, most challenging experiences in my life were all happening for me. They showed me that I was stronger than I thought I was.'
As for the one thing she will never eat, the former Victoria Secret Angel stated she believes white sugar is poison.
'There’s so many other ways you can sweeten your things that are delicious. Honey, maple syrup, dates,' she noted.

To ensure she is taking care of herself, the Vogue cover girl recently revealed she likes to 'go to bed at about 10 p.m.' and wake up to meditate 'around 5 a.m.'
The model, who recently released her first cookbook Nourish: Simple Recipes to Empower Your Body and Feed Your Soul this year, designed for people short on time who want to eat healthy, went on to confess that she does not think of herself as 'a chef.'
'I’m the farthest thing from a chef,' the model said. 'But I’m like, how do I make things that are easy and nutritious?'
Some of her recipes include a gluten-free vegetable pizza, pesto chicken lettuce wraps and nut and seed bread.
While reflecting on her nearly 30-year career, Bundchen recalled a defining moment in her life as a young model.
Last month, she detailed how her daily routine has changed since the end of her 13-year marriage to Tom Brady in 2022 during a new interview with WSJ. Magazine
While reflecting on her post-divorce schedule, the Brazilian beauty admitted that her life has become 'a little different' as she navigates sharing custody of her children Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11, with the retired NFL star, 46 (seen in 2007)

'One of the big moments for me was when I arrived in São Paulo,' she said. 'I was 13 years old, it was the beginning of my career and I didn’t know anyone in São Paulo. I was leaving a village of 10,000. When I got there, my wallet was gone.'
Bundchen explained a woman gave her two quarters, which she used to call her dad, who told her she could come home.
'At that moment, I decided I’m not going to go back home just because somebody stole my wallet,' she said. 'When I finally got to [the models’ house in São Paulo that day], I felt so capable. That was the biggest first thing that happened because in the fashion career, people used to mistreat you, especially when you started.'
The five-foot-11 bombshell concluded: 'Not everyone was kind, let’s put it that way. But I got some calluses from that first experience, it gave me a lot of strength for what was to come.'
